On Sept. 4, 2018, Diversity Dialogues featured the topic "Your Voice is Important" with co-facilitators Robin Cooper, Ph.D., and Suzette Henry-Campbell.
Robin Cooper, Ph.D., brings to her work at NSU respect and appreciation for personal and professional cultural differences; a focus on solution-oriented collaboration; and a commitment to community-building across campus and with the larger community. Her numerous publications and conference presentations reflect her strong research interests in identity-based conflict, cross-cultural conflict resolution, collaborative practices in organizational contexts, qualitative research, and student learning.
Suzette Henry-Campbell is passionate about leadership and talent development as enablers of high performance organizations. This is illustrated in her choice of academic and professional pursuits. Suzette’s career spans both the public and private sector, which contributed to shaping her interest in diversity, multiculturalism and inclusion as critical factors to sustainable development initiatives.
