Creating an AV Request Ticket


To submit the proper Audio Visual request, please use our AV request form in the ServiceNow ticket system ServiceNow AV request Category by following these steps below. 

  • Select Request a Service option 
  • Select Shark IT Services from the Categories  
  • Select Event/Meeting Support Request 

By completing this request your ticket will now be routed to the proper team for accurate assistance.
