The Digital Print Services staff is committed to providing the NSU community with the highest level of quality at the most economical cost. No request is too small and there is no need to take your copy request off campus. For most print orders, the standard turnaround time is 2–3 days (orders needed faster than the standard 2–3 business days will be subject to a rush fee).

Contact NSU Digital Print Services at digitalprintservices@nova.edu with your Requisition Form with all the details of your project.
You can send your files via Dropbox, email, WeTransfer, or you can bring them directly to us, in person, on a USB drive. Our copy center can process Adobe files (PDFs), as well as Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word files.
Important: To meet the best quality and color demands for a project, PDF files are the best option.
All payments must be made using a department account number or a SharkCard.
- SharkCard Payment—Funds used for our services will be taken out of the SharkCash account linked to the SharkCard used for payment.

Each copy or print job must have a completed Requisition Form. In order for a copy job to be started, the Requisition Form must include an account number for billing purposes. Payment can also be made using your Shark ID card. Funds can be added to your SharkCard by visiting the Main Digital Print Services Center and using your ID pin number.
