The NSU Contact Center is continuously working with colleges and business units across the university to streamline access to the tools and services that you need. To get started select your audience type to see a list of resources we have compiled for you.

This resource is always expanding so please check back here often. 

The university has started processing student loan refunds for the Fall semester.  Eligible students who have signed up for direct deposit may expect their student loan refunds to become available in their bank accounts within 3 business days after the loan disbursement date.  Eligible students who have not signed up for direct deposit should allow up to 10 business days after the loan disbursement date to receive their refund checks in the mail.
