NSU Champions Leave Legacy of Impact

NSU recently celebrated longtime supporters J. Kenneth "Kenny" Tate and Sandy Tate with the dedication of the Tate Family Championship Club Room at the Don Taft University Center. The newly remodeled club room was named in recognition of the Tate family's decades-long, transformational support of NSU through scholarships, community programs, and other initiatives across the university.

A Transformational Gift Advancing Cancer Research

The Royal Dames of Cancer Research have committed $1 million to support pioneering work at the Rumbaugh-Goodwin Institute for Cancer Research at Nova Southeastern University. This latest investment brings their total gift to nearly $7 million, helping accelerate breakthroughs in the detection, treatment, and prevention of some of the most aggressive cancers. Their support continues to drive critical innovations—including the development of RD1, a promising brain cancer therapy named in their honor.
