Meet the Tutors

Diksha Chander

Content Tutor

My name is Diksha Chander. I’m a third-year accounting major. I’m the treasurer/E-board member of a club called Little Leaders. I was born in Mumbai, India, but I moved to Florida when I was five years old. I chose to become a tutor to help other students succeed in their course. A fun fact about me is that I like to travel a lot. In fact, I’m saving up money to travel all around Europe after I graduate from NSU.

Max Itkin

Professional Tutor

My name is Max. I'm a professional math tutor representing the TTC.  A seven year veteran of the center, I have a good working knowledge of the content in NSU's core math classes, as well as a general understanding of teacher's expectations for these courses.  I have a B.S. in Mathematics from University of Pittsburgh which also happens to be my original hometown.  In my free time, I enjoy playing poker and hopefully watching the Pirates make a playoff run this year! Whether you need a lot of help or just a quick question answered, feel free to stop by and see me.
