The Office for Legal Affairs has developed templates for certain business and operational uses. These templates are used across the University and streamline the legal review process.  The templates are to be used without any revision, alteration or modification, unless otherwise approved by our Office.  As a matter of University policy, most legal documents must be reviewed by our Office.  Consequently, contact our Office upon receipt of a legal document from a third party. Currently templates are housed on the Office for Legal Affairs' SharePoint site located at http://spexternal.nova.edu/OLA/contracttemplates/Pages/Home.aspx.
