Guidelines for Poster Presenters
As soon as your abstract has been accepted: Please e-mail your college representative and confirm that you will present.
The size of your poster: The boards which will display your poster have a usable area of 68" wide and 44 1/2" tall. Your poster will be affixed to the board with pushpins. You do not need to supply your own pushpins. If your poster has already been mounted on a foam backing, you will need to have your poster reprinted.
When to put up and take down your poster: You can put your poster up after 4:00 p.m. on Thursday, February 20. It should be in place by 8:30 a.m. on Friday, February 21. It can be taken down after 3:30 p.m. on Friday, February 21. Any poster remaining on a board after 4:00 p.m. February 16 will be discarded.
Time for poster presentation: You will need to be by your poster from 12:15 p.m. - 1:15 p.m. on Friday, February 21.
Poster numbers will be listed alphabetically by the first author's last name.
