What Do I Need?

- NSU SharkLink ID and Password
If you don't have your NSU login information, please click here to retrieve it. If you have an account, but can't remember the password, please contact our office and we will reset it for you.
How Do I Set It Up?
- First, you need to install and configure your wireless card. For instructions on how to configure your card select your operating system in Install and Configure section at the top right hand corner of this page. ** Please note that the Help Desk is unable to assist in the installation of your card.
- Next, you need to register your card's MAC address using your NSU SharkLink ID and password. ** Please note that you must do this from a computer with Internet access. You will not be able to use the wireless connection you just set up until you register your MAC address.
