** Any student wishing to take more than 18 credits per semester is responsible to pay the flat-rate ($15,575) plus $1,038 per each additional credit taken.
*** Residence halls only available at the Fort Lauderdale/Davie campus in Fort Lauderdale. Amount is dependent upon housing building options and includes a declining balance meal plan. For information on housing costs and available housing options, please refer to Campus Housing.

** All undergraduate students enrolling in courses will automatically be enrolled in the NSU Student Health Insurance Plan, and your student account will be charged accordingly. If you are insured under another insurance plan, you must opt out of the NSU Student Health Insurance Plan each academic year by the given waiver deadline for your program.
