MEET THE STAFF
Racquel Lipscomb is an Instructional Coach at Project RISE. She has a Bachelor's degree in English Literature and Journalism, a Master’s degree in Educational Leadership, and a Doctorate in Curriculum and Teaching. In addition to many years in the classroom, Racquel brings a wide variety of experience in education with her including serving as an Elementary School Principal, an interim High School Principal, an Education Director for a Title One program, and most recently as a District Administrator for Miami-Dade Public Schools.
