Getting OI²T Support Just Got Easier!
The new service will feature a centralized proactive
approach to service for the NSU community. No more
tracking down IT personnel, because you will have the
ability to call a centralized menu driven service extension,
or submit and track that information via a ticket. It will be
right at your fingertips!
Why do we need an OI²T Service Desk?
• deliver predictable and consistent services
• serve as a single point of contact for our users
• reduce down time through coordinated and
prioritized efforts for faster resolution
• ensure no service outages or gaps during an
upgrade or service transition
• review and analyze opportunities to improve all IT
processes and functions
• provide a communication interface between the
faculty and staff members and OI²T
How do we access the new Strategic Support
Services?
We recognize that IT issues can slow you down and
prevent you from completing tasks. Strategic Support
Services will allow us to receive and address your
request in a more expeditious manner.
Accessing the service is as easy as 1-2-3!
