The Office of Copy Services provides duplicating services for the Nova Southeastern community through the utilization of four copy centers located at Main Campus, Carl DeSantis Building, North Miami Beach Campus and the Health Professions Division. locations and hours of operation.

Mail Services is responsible for the administration and operation of incoming and outgoing mail. Primary duties include the pickup, sorting, and delivery of all University incoming, outgoing, and departmental mail. Mail Services also provides a choice of services in sending time-urgent materials through courier services for overnight delivery. Fulfillment Services is also an integral unit of the Mail Services Center.

NSU Card Office

The NSU Card is the official Nova Southeastern identification card. All students, faculty, and staff affiliated with the University are required to carry the NSU Card for identification. The NSU Card features a digitized photo, digitized signature, SmartChip and magnetic stripe. It is up to you to decide how you want to use your card. locations and hours of operation.

The Office of Publications’ staff works with representatives of Nova Southeastern University’s various schools and centers to create, design, and develop superior print marketing materials. These materials convey information about NSU to the community, and may include advertisements, books, brochures, catalogs, forms, flyers, invitations, magazines, newsletters, posters, programs, signs, stationery, and more.
