Diana Sinisterra Lores is Project RISE’s Program Director. She previously worked as Project RISE’s Associate Director of Youth Development. Prior to this, Diana served as the Director of Research and Evaluation at Prime Time Palm Beach County and as an After-School Assessor at Family Central. Diana also conducted semi-structured interviews, focus groups, and surveys for Chapin Hall at the University of Chicago for almost two years and provided school-aged children and their parents with in-home family services for Boys Town of South Florida for almost 10 years. She earned her Master’s degree in Social Work with a concentration in Planning, Administration, and Research from SUNY Stony Brook and her doctoral degree in Comparative Studies from Florida Atlantic University.
