Family and Guests

Family and Guest Orientation is a one-day program designed to help you ease the transition of your student entering into college for the first time, switching between colleges, or entering NSU from the workplace. Our informative program provides families with a supportive connection to the University, making sure they feel a part of the NSU community.

The Office of Orientation and Commuter Student Involvement works closely with the Office of First Year and Transitional Programs; who are committed to the support of new students and their families.

Our Family and Guest Orientation Program ensures an open environment where families can ask questions to seasoned faculty, staff and administrators who will be working with their students in hopes to enable them to feel the utmost comfortable with their student starting their college journey at NSU.
