Answering switchboard, taking reservations, checking people in/out, answering questions, giving directions and other duties related to guest services and as assigned.

JLD 238: Activity Leader for After School Program

Location: Aventura
Pay: $8.00 per hour to start
Hours: Maximum 25 hours per week (M-F- 2:30pm-6:30pm)- AVAILABLE FOR AUGUST START

Responsible, friendly, energetic, creative, and outgoing individuals to supervise and interact with children (K-8) including the ability to prepare and plan age appropriate activities for the children within the program. Ensure the safety of the children as they take them to scheduled activities.

Qualifications: Must be over 21. Three letters of recommendation will be needed when applying. Must have pervious experience working with children ages 5-13 as well as possessing childcare and development certification or be enrolled in a childcare development 45 hour course within 90 days of hire. First Aide & CPR certified a plus. All hired are subject to a background check and screening.

JLD 248: Account Manager

JLD 249: Team Member

Watching and monitoring inflatable and ensuring kids are playing properly and safely. Also includes, concession, front desk and cleaning duties.

Qualifications: Experience working with children preferred but not required. Needs to be enthusiastic, fund and outgoing person who loves to work with children.

JLD 251: Teacher Assistant

Help coaching ids to follow up the instructions of the course manual and help them solve common questions that arise during the discovery process. Also encourage critical and creative thinking, problem solving, teamwork and a fun constructive environment. Responsible for setting up and cleaning up the equipment and prepare materials in advance and at the end of the teaching session.

Qualifications: Students studying engineering or education required. Individuals that have some experience in teaching, coaching or working with children ages 7-12 years old. Individuals with computer skills, creative minds, enthusiastic and team work oriented, methodical and punctual.

JLD 255: Inside Sales Representative

Pay: $40,000- $55,000 per year
Hours: Full-time (40 hours per week)

Support outside sales representatives by setting sales meeting for outside sales reps via cold-calls, drive attendance to Seminars, Happy Hours and Marketing Events, follow up with customers on an as needed basis, follow up with leads provided by manufacturers and taking advantage of training and learning opportunities.

Qualifications: Must be working towards a career in technology, majoring in Computer Information Systems, Information Assurance/Security, Information Technology, Business Administration or Management. Must have solid Microsoft Office skills, Ability to work independently. Strong ands effective communicators, both written and verbal. Superior verbal/interpersonal/customer relations skills. JLD 260: Bilingual Customer Support Consultant

Location: Ft. Lauderdale
Pay: $40,000-$45,000 per year
Hours: 40 hours per week

Provide remote and on-site support in a variety of systems for the telecommunication customers located throughout North and South America. Maintain solid customer relationships by handling their questions and concerns with speed and professionalism, proactive communication with customers and client via telephone, email and an automatic case handling tool. Drafting status reports on customer service issues.

Qualifications: Computer or Technical Degree. Proficient knowledge of HPUX, SUN-OS or both. Proficient knowledge of Oracle databases- construction, reading/debugging, and running queries, understanding database structure. Database Administrator knowledge - an advantage. Position requires flexible hours, as well as traveling to customer sites. Previous experience in customer support. Customer oriented and is able to communicate clearly, both written and in speech. Able to multitask and prioritize assigned tasks. English and Spanish is requested.

JLD 261: Sales Representative

Render a variety of services to authorized dealers and direct end users through application of knowledge of the organization and it?s products. Utilize teleselling and other company resources to maximize sales, account penetration, marketing growth, and customer inquires sales, etc.

Qualifications: Excellent communication skills and problem solving abilities. Multitask orientated. Basic reading, writing and arithmetic skills required. Computer literate with ability to learn customer service software also required.

JLD 263: After School Security Monitor

Location: Aventura
Pay: $9.00 per hour
Hours: Part-time (M-F 1:30pm-6:30pm)- AVAILABLE FOR AUGUST START

Duties include surveillance of school grounds along with ensuring the security of the students, faculty and parents and the overall security maintenance of the program.

Qualifications: Experienced, Responsible and Dedicated individual. Must be over 21. Three letters of recommendation will be required when applying. Fluent in English a Must. Spanish a plus. First aid and CPR certified. Security license and training a plus.

JLD 269: Web Data Processor

Pay: $8.00-$13.00 per hour depending on skills/experience

Acquire and input information from vendor websites on marine supplies, electronics and accessories.

Qualifications:Knowledge of HTML, Excel and Photoshop. Work online with multiple screens. Detail oriented, self starter and knowledge of marine products helpful.

JLD 274: Assistant Manager

Top open or close store. Could involve counting money, banking, opening store and setting up for the day. Schedule workers, ordering products. Locking up at night, some cleaning. Wholesale sales calls and promotion.

Qualifications: Customer service ability. Must be responsible.

JLD 276: Shop Associate

Pay: $9.00 per hour
Hours: Up to 20 hours per week (starting out 10-15 hours per week)

Sell Merchandise which includes promote sale of merchandise, offer assistance to members/guests, have knowledge of equipment carried, follow directions and process sales, operate register. Assist with tagging, steaming and displaying merchandise. Keeper accessories stocked on floor. Clean, organize floor, work areas and storage when needed. Open or close shop at least twice a week by themselves. Accept and complete any assignments deemed appropriate by the Manager, General Manager or Manager on Duty. Ability to move and pick up boxes which may be awkward and heavy.

JLD 277: Junior E-Source Programmer

Pay: $30,000-$40,000 annually based on experience
Hours: 40 hrs per week Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm

Responsible for implanting trials for an electronic data capture (EDC) system. Such responsibilities include interpreting activity schedule documents, producing electronic forms according to defined standards, creating rule logic to meet Sponsor specifications and maintaining specifications documenting the forms and rule logic.

Qualifications: Associate Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent. Ability to write clear and well-commented code using VBScript. Highly organized and efficient. Spanish is a plus.

JLD 278: Pharmacy Technician

Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hr
Hours: 30-40 hrs per week

Work under direct supervision of a licensed pharmacist, give medications to patients, process third party billing, and advise patients when medication is ready.

Qualifications: Pharmacy experience required. Registered as pharmacy technician. "5 Star" customer service skills.

JLD 279: Cashier

Work under direct supervision of store manager, assist patients with location of product, ring up products and collect payments.

Qualifications: Detailed, warm personality. "5 star" customer service skills. Experience preferred.

JLD 280: Swimming Instructor

Teach private swimming lessons to people of all ages and abilities on an individual or group basis.

Qualifications: Must be good with children, patient, caring, positive, and enthusiastic. CPR and First Aid certification a plus, however, qualified applicants can begin training while working toward certification.

Responsible for documenting all work performed and adhering to the Information Technology Policies & Procedures.

Qualifications: Enrolled in an advanced curriculum relating to Information Technology or MIS. Skilled and experienced in working with Windows and /or specific hardware devices, as dictated by the project assignment. Able to manage various tasks and business needs as needed. JLD 286: Operations Analyst

Develop business management tools for Business Unit Leaders. Handle inventory analysis. Generate monthly reports of business metrics for the senior management team. Perform ad hoc analysis in support of senior management team. Coordinates with Sales Systems Analyst on VM programming changes and enhancements. Support the sales team in the analysis of pricing large RFQ’s and contracts.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in MIS, Statics, Business Operations, Finance or related major. 0-2 years of relevant work experience. Must have an aptitude for quantitative analysis using spreadsheets, either by job experience or strong coursework in Economics, Statistics or Mathematics. Must be organized and must follow through on all tasks. This job requires a high level of attention to details; strong analytical skills. Excellent computer skills. Experience in collecting and analyzing data in EXCEL is required. Must be familiar with pivot tables and v-lookups. Must have a strong work ethic. Assist interface implementation, integrate web pages and applications to server either as stand along sites or as the front end to web-based applications, translate detailed design into executable website, unit test, debug and refine the website to produce the required product.

Qualifications: Must be proficient in current HTML standards as well CSS coding, experience with front end technology. AJAX, IQUERY methods in documenting and testing your own codes. Familiarity with SQL and retention databases (not required). Experience with PHP programming and APACHE HTTP.

Qualifications: Experience in PHP programming as well as object oriented development. Experience installing, configuring, patching and deploying applications with APACHE HTTO web server, advanced SQL and PL/SQL, Data modeling/relations/database design, Wordpress, Magento, AJAX, and JQuery.
