NSU Department Participation
NSU departments can be a part of NSU CommunityFest by donating raffle prizes, becoming a sponsor, hosting an activity booth, and/or by volunteering to help organize the event.
Sponsorship Opportunities
Departments can underwrite items and/or events for NSU CommunityFest. They can also donate prizes for raffles held throughout the event. Please refer to the Departmental Agreement for a list of items to underwrite. If you would like to underwrite an item that we did not include in the form or would like to know what still is available, please contact us.
Activity Booths
Departments are invited to host activity booths at NSU CommunityFest. Additionally, departments can advertise and give away items at their booths. Please see the Departmental Agreement for more information. Please submit booth contracts by February 1st.
Cancellation
Should you no longer be able to participate, please take note of the following dates:
- Cancel booth before February 1st : No fee
- Cancel booth between February 2nd - February 8th : $50 Charge
- Do not attend event : $250 Charge
