Shanine Gilpin

With more than 13 years of professional experience, Shanine has built her career at the intersection of education, talent development, and community building. She currently oversees membership and coworking at the Levan Center of Innovation, where she leads strategy and day-to-day operations for a diverse community of startups, founders, and corporate partners. In this role, she designs initiatives that foster collaboration, strengthen engagement, and build long-term value within the entrepreneurial ecosystem.

Before joining the Levan Center, Shanine spent four years in Undergraduate Admissions at Nova Southeastern University, where she advanced into leadership roles and ultimately served as Associate Director of Admissions.

Proud of her Jamaican background, Shanine brings a global perspective and deep commitment to diversity and inclusion to all her work. She finds purpose in creating pathways for startups and entrepreneurs and sees community as the engine that drives innovation forward.

Shanine holds an MBA in Marketing from Nova Southeastern University and a B.A. in Multimedia Journalism from Florida Atlantic University combining business strategy with creativity and communication.

Beyond her professional work, Shanine is fueled by her love for fashion, her commitment to uplifting women and her drive to create experiences that spark connection and support communities of all kinds.
