Mili Orsini Peluso serves as the Deputy Executive Director of the Alan B. Levan NSU Broward Center of Innovation. In her role, she leads the day-to- day operations of the Levan Center by strategically developing plans that drive the short and long-term profitability and growth of the Levan Center. She is also responsible for the automation of processes resulting in a data-driven model that reduces costs and increases revenue generation opportunities, ensuring appropriate governance and controls, and supervising all staff work activities to maximize the level of effectiveness, collaboration, and engagement with members, partners, and the south Florida community.

Prior to her role, she was the Chief Operating Officer for Centric, LLC, a Fort Lauderdale based Technology Managed Services Provider, where she led the business operations and guided the technical team to provide managed services and low voltage planning and implementation to international and local organizations such as Hilton Hotels, Marriott BonVoy, The Museum of Discovery & Science Fort Lauderdale, Golden Bell Senior Living Facility, Community Foundation of Broward, and Junior Achievement of South Florida, among others.

Mili has over three decades of holding entrepreneurship and leadership positions in industries such as Technology, Academia, and Insurance. Some of these strategical positions managing teams and projects at a global level have included companies such as Laureate International Universities, Microsoft, and Microfinance Corp. Through these roles, Mili has proven to have the ability to lead culturally diverse teams across nations and all organizational levels.

She also had the opportunity to serve as an Adjunct Professor for Ana G Mendez University System in Miramar, Florida, and played an important role in developing multilanguage online Marketing and Human Resources courses for Regis University in Colorado. 

She holds a Master of Business Administration and completed the Leadership Program “Women Leading Broward” Class VI in May 2019. She is a Greater Fort Lauderdale Chamber of Commerce Board member and the Chair of the Women’s Council. In addition, she is a member of the Junior Achievement of South Florida Circle of Wise Women.

Mili likes to spend her free time traveling and reading books.
