John Machado serves as Ultimate Software’s Chief Technology Officer, having been a leader and technologist for more than two decades.

Prior to CTO, John served as Ultimate’s Senior Vice President of Development, overseeing the company’s product development and product delivery. John joined Ultimate in 2007 and has since helped lead the company in its pioneering efforts to deliver innovative HCM solutions. John’s teams of top-ranked technologists architect, develop, and deploy Ultimate’s UltiPro.
