Making an Appointment

Appointments are available Monday through Friday from 8:20 a.m. to 4:20 p.m. During the Fall and Winter semester there are extended hours to 6:20 PM on Tuesdays and Thursdays. To schedule an appointment, please call the Clinic Call Center at 954-262-1262.

We highly recommend scheduling an appointment by phone as early in the day as possible. Students who stop by our clinic will also be offered an appointment time. Appointments may be scheduled for any medical reason. There are also a limited number of appointments for advanced scheduling. Our goal is to provide you with more efficient care and reduced waiting times.

In order to be fair to all patients, a 20 minute grace period for appointments is allotted. After the grace period, you may be seen as a walk in or we will ask you to schedule another appointment.

New patients, please click on the forms link and print the new patient packet.  Please complete the packet and bring it with you to your scheduled appointment.

Walk in Patients

Walk in hours are reserved for patients with urgent care needs. Walk in hours are from when the clinic opens until closing. Monday through Friday. The Sanford L. Ziff Health Care Center also offers walk in hours on Saturday from 9:00 a.m. until 10:30 a.m.

Hours may vary depending on physician scheduling. Please call for more information. Walk in patients will be seen after patients with scheduled appointments.

Urgent care status is not to be used for medication refills, immunizations, referrals, vaccinations, physical exams, annual female exams, blood work, or other non-acute/non-urgent conditions. Urgent care visits are intended to address and treat the presenting condition.

Other medical problems may be discussed with your healthcare provider who may recommend you schedule an additional appointment. Special circumstances will be taken into consideration. Please call our clinic for more information.
