Thanks to Vision 2020, NSU increased its endowed market value from $46 million in 2010 to more than $132 million in 2020. In the last decade, cumulative gift commitments rose from $10.8 million to more than $318 million, and the annual employee giving rate climbed from 8.6 percent to 36 percent.
