2009 - 2010 Graduate Housing Application Process
(August 3, 2009 - July 25, 2010)
This checklist is provided to aid you in understanding where you are in the process to secure on-campus housing at Nova Southeastern University. We encourage you to print out this checklist and use it as a guide as you follow through your process with the Office of Residential Life and Housing.
Step 1 - Admissions and Financial Aid
- Received my NSU ID Number and Password
- Received my SharkLink ID
- Updated my mailing address and emergency contact info through my WebStar account
- Reviewed my on-campus housing options at Nova Southeastern University
- Worked with Financial Aid to assure that all financial aid information has been processed
Step 2 - Housing Contract
- Winter 2009 HOUSING CONTRACT
- Completed my Nova Southeastern University Housing Contract Online
- Summer 2009, Fall 2009 & Winter 2010 HOUSING CONTRACT
- Completed my Nova Southeastern University Housing Contract Online
- Paid my $500.00 deposit online via my WebSTAR account
- Sent in my Immunization Records to the Office of Residential Life and Housing prior to checking into the residence halls
- Enrolled in student health insurance or submitted my health insurance waiver info online
Step 3 - Room Selection and Roomate Matching
- Received my NSU Housing Username and Password via e-mail within 24 - 48 hrs after completion of my housing contract
