The understanding and betterment of human interrelations are a central theme of our multidisciplinary, multi-professional, and multicultural endeavors. Our cutting- edge programs employ a variety of innovative models and technologies. In the course of addressing emergent challenges and complex social issues, we are building a creative bridge across theory, research, and practice drawn from different social sciences, arts, humanities, and helping professions. By 2020, through excellence and innovations in teaching, research, service, and learning, NSU’s College of Arts, Humanities, and Social Sciences will be recognized by accrediting agencies, the academic community, and the general public as a progressive platform of quality and distinction that engages all students and alumni who serve with integrity in their lives, professional organizations, and various careers.
