The percentage of NSU students from minority populations has steadily risen from 21 percent in 1990 to 61 percent in the fall of 2022. Since 2015, the racial/ethnic diversity at NSU has continued to increase, and, in fall 2022, approximately 62 percent was composed of minority groups (Figures 9 and 10 and Tables 7 and 8). More than 30 percent of NSU students at each degree level are Hispanic. (Table 8).
