GRE scores must be less than three years old prior to the applicant’s matriculation. 6. official National Board scores • Part I scores are required for endodontic applicants. • Part I and Part II scores are required for advanced education in general dentistry, oral and maxillofacial surgery, and pediatric dentistry applicants who have gradu- ated from CODA-accredited dental schools. • Only Part I scores are required for pediatric dentistry applicants from non- CODA-accredited dental schools. 7. three letters of recommendation For those programs using the PASS application process, applicants may also submit up to five Personal Potential Indexes (PPI) with the PASS application. The letters must be completed by dental school faculty members who are well acquainted with the applicant’s abilities or by individuals who can provide information relevant to the applicant’s potential. Those selected will be notified in writing. Not all applicants will be granted an interview. All applicants who are admitted to the college must be interviewed, but an invitation to appear for an interview should not be construed as evidence of acceptance. Some programs accept students on a rolling admissions basis. Did You Know? For the Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopedics Program, the scores from the American Dental Association Advanced Dental Admission Test are accepted, but not required.
