Opportunities for a limited number of part-time work assignments are available. However, the demands of a program of professional study limit the number of hours that a student can work. Books and Supplies First year $7,000 Second year $4,800 Third year $2,700 Fourth year $2,600 Instrument Management Fees First year $5,000 Second year $3,500 Third year $2,000 Fourth year $0 (Fourth year $2,000, begins FY 2023) Other Costs First year $3,100 Second year $4,040.50 Third year $4,250 Fourth year $7,000 Students will be required to have a personal laptop that meets needed specifications to accommodate the program requirements. These specifications will be sent to students under separate cover upon final acceptance. These costs are equivalent to those at other private dental schools. Living expenses in South Florida are approximately $36,000 for a 12-month academic year. The primary financial responsibility for a student’s education rests with the student and his or her family. However, economic circumstances for some families may make it necessary for the student to obtain assistance from other sources. ✔ TIP NSU’s Office of Student Financial Assistance helps as many qualified students as possible.
