Please include your NSU student ID number in all correspondence. PROGRAMS Commencement programs for guests will be available at all ceremony entrances. Programs will be provided for commencement candidates at their seats. The program, which is individualized for each ceremony, lists the name, permanent address city, and degree of each candidate. Name and address information for the commencement program is retrieved from SharkLink. If you have noticed an address error in previous communications, correct it via your SharkLink account or fax the change to (954) 262-2915. Complete a Data Change Form with approved documentation for any name change. SECURITY GUIDELINES For the protection of all, the following are not permitted inside commencement ceremonies at the Don Taft University Center: wrapped gifts, air horns, balloons, duffle bags, backpacks, backpack-style purses, diaper bags, waist packs, oversized/large purses, alcohol, bottles, food, cans, thermoses, coolers, drugs, fireworks, weapons, noisemakers, laser pointers, chains, spikes, strollers, and any other item deemed dangerous to public safety. No animals, except certified service animals, will be admitted. All guests are subject to screening through metal detectors and all bags are subject to inspection upon entering the venue. No facilities are available for storing purses or other personal items. Gradautes, please leave these items with your guests. Neither the venue nor NSU is responsible for items left unattended. 2
