Note from the Editor
I escaped this summer. It wasn't on my annual family vacation, but instead in my backyard with my Kindle. All of the books were either recommended to me by my daughter or from a book club. Some made me laugh, while other's had me crying and reflecting. I read so many good books that I got to wondering, what did you read this summer? Please share your summer reads by taking our short survey here.
And, if you are interested, I put together a list of my summer reads below.
The Nightingale
The Giver of Stars,
America's First Daughter
Next Year in Havana
This is Not How it Ends
The Henna Artist and Becoming

We will do some exercises to make you more aware of who you are, not just as a writer, but as a seller in this confusing marketplace. Bring your laptop, your passion, and an open mind for new ideas.
