Introduction

Over 4000 selected dissertations, theses, and practicums related to education are indexed in the ERIC database, including approximately 450 NSU dissertations. To locate these materials

  • access the ERIC database
  • type search terms - author name, words from the title, subject terms, etc.;
    • to limit your search to NSU dissertations type Nova Southeastern in a Keywords search box. Do NOT use the Source Institution field.
  • limit your search to the Publication Type(s) (free Web version of ERIC and Cambridge Scientific Abstracts version) or Record Type Phrase (FirstSearch ERIC) field with one of the following:
    • free Web version of ERIC (check one or more)
      • Dissertations/Theses
      • Dissertations/Theses - Doctoral Dissertations
