As an incoming student, there are three critical steps you must take care of as soon as possible: financial aid; course registration; and campus housing. These virtual workshops are offered as an optional resource to inform you about each process and allow you to ask your questions to representatives from each office in real time.
If you have not done so already, to begin the course registration and housing processes, you must submit your $200 nonrefundable enrollment deposit.
FINANCIAL AID WORKSHOPS
Learn about the financial aid process from the experts at NSU Florida. Topics discussed include how to apply for federal aid, cost of attendance, sources of financial aid, financial aid award notice, and disbursement and refunds.
COURSE REGISTRATION WORKSHOPS
The Center for Academic and Professional Success (CAPS) Office will outline what families can expect for this year's new student registration process. Please note, that these course registration workshops are optional and are NOT the required New Student Information Session or the required Group Advising Registration Session for new students. UNIVERSITY HOUSING WORKSHOPS
Join University Housing staff to learn about the nonrefundable $500 housing deposit and housing contract process, on-campus housing options, requirements, rates, deadlines, the room selection process, and all things related to living on-campus.
