It provides educational opportunities to all eligible, active-duty National Guard and Army Reserve soldiers. The program supports tuition assistance for classroom and distance learning. It allows soldiers to manage their educa- tion records including college classes, testing, and on-duty classes. It also uses Army educational counselors and school representatives for support.
