All services rendered in a private, fee based arrangement between the teacher / family must be disclosed on this form. Directors must approve all tutoring services given to NSU University School students. Specific restrictions regarding what students can be tutored by faculty exist within each division. Faculty are required to consult with their administrator and to adhere to those policies. Prior to arranging any private contract with parents for tutoring, faculty must ensure that existing NSU University School programs and supplemental resources have been considered. For example, before agreeing to tutor a student in Math, make sure SASS is not the preferred option.
