20 respective staffs. Information about a vacant position must be posted on the NSU job site. 2. Any employee interested in the vacancy must meet with his/her current Director prior to contacting the other Director to inform him/her of potential intentions regarding the opportunity being presented. After the current Director has been informed, the employee may contact the other Director and make application for the position. The decision to hire within is at the discretion of the Director of the division in which the vacancy occurs and in consultation with the Director of the division in which the applicant is currently employed. POLICY ON FUND RAISING Fund raising is not permitted without written consent and authorization from the director and director of development. Application for all such activities must be filed and discussed with the division Director and permission must be obtained from the Associate Head for External Affairs and/or her designee. ACCIDENTS, MEDICAL EMERGENCIES AND STUDENT ILLNESSES All cases of student accidents should be handled according to the prescribed actions detailed in the NSU University School Crisis management manual provided to each employee, and reported to the Director and nurse as soon as possible. In case of student illness, the student should be sent to the clinic with a student pass. Should a student be injured, he/she should be escorted to the clinic by an adult or the nurse called to the site of the injured student. It is mandatory for proper insurance coverage that an accident report (available in the clinic) be reported for each injury. In case of emergency, please refer to your NSU University School Emergency Crisis Management Plan. VOLUNTEERS NSU University School works hard to bring together families, schools, and the community in the education of our children. The following policy describes initial access procedures: NO SCREENING REQUIRED ON PART OF UNVERSITY SCHOOL University Personnel University and NSU University School employees, exempt and non-exempt classifications and any and all NSU personnel who have NSU badges have already met Level 2 requirements.
