I have completed and submitted all NSU and USchool-specific forms (including, but not limited to Private Tutoring Data Form, Conflict of Interest Form, etc.) I will familiarize myself with and be responsive to all the material in this Handbook, as well as Nova Southeastern University policies, which includes policies on drugs, narcotics and alcohol, social networking, sexual harassment and any additional rules and regulations affecting my employment, NSU University School Administrative directives, Teacher Contracts, Education Standards, Commissions, Code of Ethics and Professional Conduct as well as the NSU University School Parent/Student Handbooks.
