NSU University School Faculty, Staff and Employee Handbook 2016-2017 NSU University School Nova Southeastern University 3375 SW 75 th Avenue Fort Lauderdale, Florida 33314 The Faculty, Staff and Employee Handbook is designed to provide NSU University School employees, faculty, and staff with information regarding school policies, guidelines, expectations, and operational procedures. Specific Teacher and Personnel responsibilities are outlined and describe professional codes of conduct as well as those of the code of ethics of the education profession of Florida as referenced in all faculty yearly contracts. The policies contained herein are designed to let employees know how to respond, react and conduct themselves in school-related situations and in the course of performing their job duties. As part of Nova Southeastern University, all employees of the NSU University School are subject to all rules and regulations of the University. All employees are responsible for the information contained in this handbook as well as Nova Southeastern University policies, NSU University School Administrative directives, Teacher Contracts, Education Standards, Commissions, Code of Ethics and Professional Conduct as well as the NSU University School Divisional Parent/Student Handbooks.
