Longpré, MOT, OTR/L The National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT®) provides the standard exam for certification of Occupational Therapy practitioners in the United States. New graduates must first pass the qualifying exam with a score of 450 or greater in order to be eligible for licen- sure and practice in various states.
