28 • NOVA SOUTHEASTERN UNIVERSITY In Memoriam Fourth-year student Tiffany Lin, who waged a courageous battle against cancer, passed away in her sleep, surrounded by her family and dearest friends, on March 2, exactly two months before her 28th birthday. According to those who knew her well, Lin possessed great energy, a positive attitude, and a beautiful smile. Tiffany Lin Christine Williams, a longtime optician at The Eye Care Institute’s Broward County location, lost her battle with cancer on February 28.
