Clinical courses must meet attendance expectations. • Students requesting an incomplete due to medical or military reasons are expected to provide official documentation. • A student who is absent at the final examination without prior approval is not eligible to receive an incomplete grade. The decision to grant an incomplete request rests with the individual course faculty member/program director. Students may appeal the faculty member’s decision, if it is negative, to the program director. The decision of the program director is final. The student and the faculty member must sign the Incomplete Grade Agreement/Contract, which includes the time frame in which the coursework must be completed. The remaining coursework must be completed in a time frame agreed upon by the faculty member and the student, not exceeding one semester beyond the final date of the course.
