Notes Our Alumni from (Editor’s Note: We love to hear from our alumni and share their memories of attending the NSU College of Dental Medicine. This note was recently sent to assistant professor Steven Haas, D.M.D.) We welcome comments from our alumni. We want to know what you are doing and hope you share memories of the CDM. Send a note to Rosalie Marin, CDM Dean’s Office, at rmarin@nova.edu . Dr. Haas, I hope this email is reaching you well! I just wanted to take a moment to thank you for everything you taught me during the treatment planning course. I am currently doing an AEGD at UCLA (very prosth heavy) and we see complex cases daily, almost identical to the ones that you presented to us. The principles you taught us during that course have helped me treatment-plan these cases effectively. I can clearly see that my treatment planning knowledge surpasses that of my coresidents, thanks largely to your class. My attendings are also very impressed! I just wanted to say thank you and to let you know how lucky [CDM] students are to have you! Sincerely, Monica Azer, D.M.D. Class of 2017
