We are a past recipient of the Thomson 100 Per- formance Improvement Leaders Award, Best Places to Work in Mississippi, Healthcare Information and Management Systems Society, or HIMSS, stage 5 for EMAR Adoption, and Most Wired Rural Hospital 2012. Magnolia is a nonprofit city/county-owned facility certified for Medicare participation by the Department of Health and Human Serv- ices. We completed a $43 million renovation and expansion project in 2009 and an additional expansion/renovation project in 2013. MRCH supports osteopathic medical education from the third year of medical school through the final year of residency and fellowship. In the spring of 2006, MRHC became a core teaching site for medical students. We have affiliations with Kansas City University of Medicine and Biosciences, William Carey University College of Osteopathic Medicine, University of Pikeville-Kentucky College of Osteopathic Medicine, and Nova Southeastern University College of osteopathic Medicine. We also accept visiting student rotations. With tremendous support from the hospital’s board of trustees, medical staff, and ad- ministrative staff, a vision became a reality with the opening of an in- ternal medicine residency program in July 2008. The AOA-approved residency program offers 18 seats in internal medicine in a traditional hospitalist rotating track. MRHC welcomes the opportunity to assist you in your career devel- opment and professional advancement by providing the highest stan- dard of training in a modern and progressive hospital along with the benefits of rural living. Located in northeast Mississippi, Corinth is a city of crossroads that attracts people from all walks of life for its history and tradition, its community spirit, and hospitality. Whether raising a family or retiring to the good life, Corinth is a great place to live. INSTITUTIONAL INFORMATION
