The absence will be addressed in the following manner: a written report of the student’s deficiencies shall be completed by the student’s supervising clinic faculty member/team leader/designee and submitted to the associate dean of Clinical Services. • Should the student receive one written report of an unexcused absence from clinic sessions at any time during a semester, the associate dean of Clinical Services will refer the student to the SPC for further review and possible disciplinary action, which may result in the loss of clinic privileges. iii.
