Silvagni, D.O., Pharm.D., M.Sc. Morton and Geraldine Terry Internal Medicine Award Presented to the student for the highest achievement in the study of internal medicine, both academic and clinical. Recipient Tania Lopez, D.O. Presenter Samuel Snyder, D.O. Graduation 2013: Awards of Excellence Matthew A. Terry, D.O., Memorial Award Presented to the student chosen by his or her peers as the exemplary osteopathic medical student. Recipient Seiha Kim, D.O. Presenter Anthony J.
