Dr. Kiran C. Patel College of Allopathic Medicine (NSU MD) 2025–2026 135 educational records, the institution will maintain the statement with the contested part of the record for as long as the record is maintained and disclose the statement whenever it discloses the portion of the record to which the statement relates. Fees for Obtaining Copies of Records NSU is not required to provide copies of records, unless, for reasons such as great distance, it is impossible for the student to review the record. The university will charge the following fees for furnishing copies of student records and reports, or any material included therein: • copies of official transcripts—per copy of transcript: $17 (electronic), $19.50 (paper, domestic), and $22 (paper, international) • copies of all other educational records—costs for copying (based on number of pages) plus any administrative costs incurred for search, retrieval, and mailing University Policies The following university policies are found in the NSU Student Handbook and are of significance to NSU MD; however, students are expected to be aware of not only these policies, but all NSU policies, and to adhere to them.
