Decision to Change Exercise

People often find it helpful to write out the costs and benefits of their current behavior when thinking about changing. This exercise is intended to help you think about what is involved in your decision to change. To change, the scale needs to tip so the costs of drinking outweigh the benefits. Remember it is your decision to change! You are the one who must decide what it will take for you to tip the scale in favor of change.
