Triple-S

In order to guarantee the continuity of medical and pharmacy services for policyholders, Triple-S has eliminated their referral and pre-authorization requirements during the emergency recovery period.

For assistance or more information, contact the Triple-S Customer Service Center by calling 800-981-3241. The Customer Service Center is available is available Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM.
