Instructions for Volunteers
What will you do?
You will serve as a go-fer for the auditorium to which you are assigned, you will hand out tickets for door prizes, you will direct people where to go, and you will answer questions.
What will you wear?
Wear your normal student clothes and comfortable shoes. You will be identified by the Volunteer badge you will be given.
Where will you be assigned?
TBA. You will be assigned to an auditorium by the morning of February 20. There will be a sign-in sheet for you 2/21/20 and you will be able to use your phone to scan the QR codes in each auditorium. The QR codes will change at the end of each presentation.
How long is the day?
Show up in front of Steele Auditorium at 8:00 a.m. You will finish by 5:00 at the latest.
What do you get for volunteering?
A letter of appreciation.
