After Completion of your Housing Application and $500 deposit
You will receive a confirmation email from email@example.com stating that your application was completed between 24-48 business hours of submitting your housing contract. If you do not, please call us at (954) 262-7052 and someone will be able to assist you.
New Undergraduate Residents: Please check out the "Room Selection" tab on the menu to view the room selection timeline and new changes to the process for the upcoming academic year.
New Winter Residents: Students looking to move into on-campus housing for the Winter term should check back during the Fall before it for more information.
New Summer Residents:
Students looking to apply for Summer housing should fill out a Summer housing application by clicking "Apply for Housing" on the menu. Within a few days, they will receive Housing Portal credentials that will allow them to log in and mark their preferences for summer housing.
