Please reach out to our office if you are having any issues accessing our Housing Portal.

How to Apply for Housing

To apply for main campus housing, follow these steps.

  1. Submit your housing application online. If this is your first time applying, you will also need to pay a $500 housing deposit.  Once we have processed your application, we will contact you regarding the next steps.
  2. Submit your Immunization records via the Castle Branch Portal.
  3. All students living on campus are required to carry adequate health insurance coverage and will automatically be enrolled in the NSU Student Health Insurance plan. Students’ accounts will be charged upon class registration for each semester. If you are insured under another insurance plan, you must opt-out of the NSU Student Health Insurance Plan by the given waiver deadline. For more information, visit the NSU Student Insurance page.

Nova Southeastern University offers on-campus housing to undergraduate students. Students that have over 48 credits or who are 20 years of age or older are not required to reside in our residence halls and University Housing cannot guarantee on-campus housing for all students that request it. University Housing aims to accommodate all new incoming students who request housing, and they will be assigned on a space-available basis. Please note that on-campus housing assignments are impacted by the housing contract submission date. New students should submit their housing contracts immediately after deciding to attend NSU.

Please note, unfortunately, due to the unprecedented high demand for University Housing, we have reached full capacity. Therefore, please note that if you submit a 2022-2023 housing contract now, you will automatically be placed on a waitlist, and your assignment will be based on the next available space.

If you need additional Housing Support, please contact the University Housing Office and someone from our team will assist you.
