If you have reached this page, it is because you are interested in graduate student housing at Nova Southeastern University.
Fall of 2017 brought record undergraduate enrollment growth with a majority of those students arriving to South Florida from out of state. NSU continues to be on pace to eclipse that record for fall of 2018 resulting in an unprecedented need for student housing. A new 600 bed residence hall is scheduled to open in fall of 2019 but that will not satisfy the university’s immediate/impending need for undergraduate housing.
To assist both returning and incoming graduate students, our office is working with local apartment complexes to provide NSU student move-in specials to provide value back to our students. As these discounts are secured, we will be adding them to our Off-Campus Housing page.
Additionally, we are working closely with a local realtor who specializes in student rentals and will represent students with local owners to secure living quarters meeting student needs. The realtor's name is Jill Sivert, and her information can be found on her website: www.JillSivert.com
For those students who wish for additional resources in their search, we recommend checking out NSU.renthello.com. On that page, you can find numerous local listings as well as a Roommate Finder for those students looking to reduce costs by sharing an apartment.
