Off-Campus Housing Guide

NSU students walking around Gold Circle Lake

View Guide

As you all may know, NSU continues to experience historic growth even during this unprecedented time of COVID-19. In the midst of an unprecedented pandemic, Fall 2020 brought record undergraduate enrollment growth with a majority of those students enrolling into NSU from out of state. NSU continues to be on pace to eclipse that record for Fall of 2021 resulting in an unprecedented need for student housing. In recent meetings with our Executive Leadership, President Hanbury has made clear our commitment to ensuring first year and sophomore students are able to reside on our main NSU campus. Conversely, given the success of our partnership with University Pointe, we are continuing our relationship this fall, providing this exclusive opportunity for our returning juniors and seniors to reside within this community, along with Rolling Hills. With all campus housing options exhausted for 2021-2022, the University cannot provide graduate housing for the 2021-2022 academic year for any graduate student.

Off-Campus Housing Services have been established by Nova Southeastern University to provide incoming graduate students, current students, and faculty/staff with an informational resource to assist in identifying options for rental housing near your desired NSU site location.

We provide rental listings including apartments, condos, townhouses, homes, and rooms in private homes.

Other resources include a roommate finder service, moving tips, and frequently asked questions to help make your move easier.

We will be updating our Apartment Listings page on a regular basis as we hear back from nearby apartment complexes and vendors.  Please check back throughout your search process for more updates!

Please also consider contcting Jill Sivert our NSU relator at 954.562.0430 or at https://jillsivert.com/ to fnd some great off campus apartment deals!
